The Lifelong Water Project, Inc. is a registered non-profit organized under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
Mark Pedretti is a senior law partner at Reed Smith LLP, a large international law firm, and an elected member of its Executive Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Youth, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization that incubates charities that serve New York City inner-city children. Mark graduated from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1988, and the St. John’s University School of Law, cum laude, in 1992.
Nga Tran-Pedretti has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Nga co-founded in 2005 a new investment management platform known as CIFC. Prior to CIFC, Nga worked with J.P. Morgan Chase for nine years in leveraged finance. She currently working with Fulbright University in Vietnam, a non-for-profit liberal art university. Nga graduated from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1990 and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 1994.
Christopher Pedretti is a student at American University in Washington D.C as a finance major. Committed to community service and hoping to make a difference in public health issues in Vietnam, Chris helped to co-found The Lifelong Water Project in 2015. Chris has traveled to Vietnam, researched water-related public health problems there and helped to draft a business plan for The Lifelong Water Project.
Fr. Joseph Domfeh Boateng, Ph.D., is the Associate Pastor at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Bedford, New York since September 2006. He was previously Parochial Vicar at St. Ann’s Church in Nyack, New York from January 2002 to September 2006. Fr. Joseph is the Founder of GivingToGhana, a 501c-3 organization that provides clean drinking water through drilling deep well “boreholes” in villages in Ghana. GivingToGhana was incorporated as a non-profit entity in New York. Fr. Joseph received his Ph.D. in Education from Fordham University in 2010. He also received his M.A. in Education Leadership, Administration and Policy, his M.A. in Canon Law, and his B.A. in Sociology and Study of Religion.
